DHS Secure Customer Information Sign In
To prevent the message box for the "Security Alert" from appearing you need to install
the Okdhs site certificate on your machine. All information, on this site, is password
protected to guard your privacy.
This site is for customers with Okdhs child support cases. Once you have signed
on, several features are available to you. The most notable is your ability to view
payment information for child support cases with a court order entered on the OCSS
computer system. Another nice feature is the ability to change your PIN to a 6-digit
number of your choice. We have recently added an Online Comments form for your convenience.
The Comments form can be used to submit compliments for a hard working employee
or complaints for poor performance. The Comments form has a normal response time
of five (5) business days. You may however, contact the OCSS CARE Customer Service
Unit at 1-800-522-2922 between the hours of 8am-5pm for a faster response.
Use the links on the left side of the page for answers to many ID or PIN Questions
or if you can't remember your PIN.
Please enter your Okdhs Customer ID and PIN in the boxes below and click submit
to enter the system. To safeguard your information, once you have entered the system,
be sure to exit completely by clicking the Exit button.
Starting October 1, 2017, there will be a 3% service fee, up to $10 per month,
on child support we send you. The fee does not apply to persons receiving TANF or SoonerCare.
Beginning October 1st of each year, a $25 federal fee is collected on all cases without TANF,
after $500 has been sent to the family.
Other states may also charge fees. If Child Support Services (CSS) refers your case to
another state, that state may withhold fees from your child support.
